Events like The Flanders Throwdown can only be organised by the grace of its teams: athletes, volunteers, judges, partners, sponsors , etc.
To incentivise and reward you for your efforts, we've put together an appreciation package for all our volunteers and judges.
Exclusive T-shirts: everyone receives a high-quality event T-shirt.
Catering: our catering partners provide you with breakfast pasteries in the morning, a fresh brewed cup of coffee whenever you need it, lunch at one of our food-trucks and complementary snacks and fruits during the day.
Hotel: for volunteers that commit to 2 days or more, we have a shared hotelroom available in our athlete hotel, The Flanders Throwdown Tower Hotel **** in Aalst. (PS availability is limited to 40 beds on a first-come first served basis, so confirm asap).
Reimbursement of your judges certificate: we will pay back the cost of your judges certification (10 USD). We highly recommend this certification to assure our athletes the best possible quality.
And of course fun, fun, fun. We're really going for a premium experience event, so let's make that happen together!
Finally, a safe event. We will apply a P3 policy (Vaccinated, recently recovered, or negative PCR-test of max. 48 hours old), complemented with masks. If federal or local rules change, we will of course adapt to that.
